Close to Durbar Square Patan and taxi/bus stand at Patan Dhaka and Pulchowk. Great view to pond and stupa’s. It is big facilities kitchen available, nice terraces for morning view. Friendly family with good networks in travel industry; this is a plus. Location in the middle of everybody-Nepali-Life.

In front of Stupa!! I got positive power from it. Very quite and relax room. Water is perfect and Internet also working for 24 hours. Prakash dai (House Owner) is so kindness. He helped me many times. He accepted my order. Here is one of the best location to live in Nepal. And so warm family!!!

Close to touristic sites, shops, supermarkets and good restaurants. We feel very secure. We enjoyed Wi-Fi and the kitchen equipment. Tack full nice people

"My 6 weeks stay has been very comfortable. Communication has been easy and I've felt safe staying on my own. The apartment was closed to shops & transport. The newari culture is own the doorstep. The room is clean and spacious with comfortable bed. Drinking water was provided and hot showers. The family is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here for an authentic Patan experience. Close to Dunbar square and other cultural places."
